Formulation
In the formulation phase, the product concept is translated into a functional and well-balanced nutritional formula. Our R&D team carefully select ingredients and define optimal dosages to achieve the intended nutritional benefits while ensuring product quality and consistency.
Taste, texture, solubility, stability, and appearance are all considered during development to ensure the product performs reliably in its final format. At the same time, we evaluate ingredient compatibility, manufacturing feasibility, and scalability. Factors such as raw material availability, cost efficiency, shelf life, and regulatory compliance are integrated into the formulation process from the start. This ensures the formula is not only effective but also practical for large-scale production.
Production
Manufacturing takes place in our IFS-certified facility, where strict quality and safety standards are applied throughout the entire process. In-process quality checks and controlled procedures help guarantee that each batch meets the defined specifications.
Full traceability and detailed batch documentation are maintained throughout production, providing transparency and assurance at every stage. This structured approach ensures consistent quality, regulatory compliance, and a reliable foundation for successful market distribution.
Distribution
From our certified warehouse, we manage the secure storage and worldwide distribution of your products. Every shipment is handled with care to ensure that the integrity, quality, and packaging of the product are maintained throughout transit.
Full traceability is maintained from warehouse to customer, ensuring transparency and compliance with international regulations.
